How Do I Place An Order?

 

To place an order with Sermania Jewelry, select an item from our online shop and add it to your cart. From there, follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your transaction.

 

For items featured in The Customization Shop, please use the 'Custom Text Field' to include personalized information. If the 'Custom Text Field' is left blank we will not be able to personalize the piece. 

 

 

For all other pieces that require further personalization and customization, please contact us directly for more information regarding payment and pricing. 

 

Shipping Options

 

You can choose to have your order shipped to you, or you can choose to pick-up your order at our store free of charge. 

 

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

 

We accept payment via PayPal, however, you can pay with any major credit card if you don't have a PayPal account. ​​

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept merchandise for exchange only. No cash or credit refunds. Items that have been customized, engraved, altered, sized, or damaged in any way are not eligible for exchange.
